Breakfast is being served at the Sumpter Schoolhouse.....and not only do you get a great
home-cooked meal, but the proceeds ~ whatever you donate ~ goes towards things
needed in Sumpter......and it's all done by Volunteer Power. This group will not only cook
your breakfast for you, but they serve you too!
This is a great way to visit with neighbors
and have breakfast at the same time! A group
of residents was able to raise about $1,600
towards a snow plow for the City. Then the
question was asked, "If we can raise money
for the plow, what else could we do?" So....
The Breakfast Club was born. Enough
money has been raised so far to remodel the
kitchen, pay for new windows (with help from
the Snowmobile Club), donate benches to be
placed around town, and has plans for a new
park with bathrooms coming soon.......
No set prices...it's free ~ just donate what you
think the breakfast is worth to you. You can even enter the raffle for locally hand-crafted
items at each breakfast! These folks know what serving their community is all about
and it tastes good.........!   Everyone is welcome!  Need more information?
